Customer Service (CSR)

Descriptions:
Successful candidates will render a variety of services; deal directly with customers either by telephone, or electronically, knowledge of our organization, its services and products. Perfect candidates will pride themselves on their professionalism, should be outgoing, personable, and a good conversationalist. Past positions should involve working with people; areas could include retail, restaurant staff, and hotel hospitality.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Deal directly with customers either by Telephone, Live Chat, or Electronically
  • Handles and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Manage customers’ accounts
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Manage administration
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions

Requirements:
Must be able to multi-task. Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.High school diploma or general education degree experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass all security and background checks.

Events Coordinator

Summary:
Primarily responsible for promoting and booking the use of Party Bus and all Private parties, as well as Pole classes, etc. for consumer and bachelorette events. This position also requires the administration of sales performance and profitability objectives. This team member is also responsible for properly soliciting consumers to utilize the services for parties,special events, tours, etc. This position will also interact actively with corporate headquarters and the management staff.

Skills/Qualifications::

  • 2+ years College Degree, or two to four years of specialized event and sales coordination
  • Excellent verbal, communication and selling skills
  • General networking and telephony knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge Mac platforms
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively present to decision makers
  • Skilled in ‘selling’ the benefits of our Spa Days, Girls Night out, our Sexy City Tours, or our Pole Classes, and all Private Events
  • Work effectively in the coordination of events and deal with team members and customers
  • Proven ability to lead, direct and supervise

Experienced Pole Class Instructors

Summary:
The candidate must have Certifications in pole dancing/exercises.  Must be able to perform all movements in routine and lead a class/party for a minimum of 1 hour.  Will have experience with fitness, dance or sensual movement classes.  Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Must be energetic and nurturing, with a willingness to engage and empower clients.  Must maintain a safe and encouraging environment.

Skills/Qualifications:

Previous experience teaching pole classes

Descriptions:

  • Design creative fitness routines incorporating floor and pole movements
  • Knowledgeable of client’s needs & strengths during their class experience in order to empower and motivate clients
  • Develop warm up and cool down techniques for each class/party using sensual dance/fitness movements
  • Uphold and reinforce DG Studios culture and philosophy
  • Ensure safety of class/party participants at all times
  • Maintain accurate participant attendance
  • Model sensual, confident feminine movements and ideas
  • Maintain ongoing open communication with staff and participants
  • Attend staff meetings and trainings as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management

Experienced Receptionist – NY Office

Summary:
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, sorting and distributing mail, schedule meetings and travel for executives. Serves visitors by greeting and offering them a beverage, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.

Description:

  • Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
  • Updates appointment calendars.
  • Receives, sorts, and routes mail; maintains and routes publications.
  • Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.
  • Takes payments for services and products.
  • Prepares travel vouchers.
  • Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies.
  • Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Performs other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

Reasoning Ability:  Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved, written or oral instructions; Deals with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
